Alpenglow Physical Therapy is a business name of Alexander Pursuits LLC (“Alpenglow,” “we,” “us”), 5224 Wilson Ave S, Ste 102, Seattle, WA 98118.

Information you give us
- Contact form, email and phone. Your name, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message.
- Booking and intake. When you book through our scheduling system, Jane App, you provide contact details, payment information and intake information. Jane processes this information on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. It uses cookies to run the site and to give us aggregate visitor statistics.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and schedule visits
- To provide physical therapy care, process payments and give you superbills
- To operate, secure and improve our website
- To meet legal and professional obligations
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the practice, such as Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics), Jane App (scheduling, clinical records and payments) and our email and phone providers, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage your choices in our cookie banner. Some parts of the site may not work properly without essential cookies.
Keeping information safe
We use reputable service providers with security safeguards and limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send detailed medical information through our contact form or by email.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Care for a minor is arranged by a parent or guardian.
