Our services
Pregnancy, birth prep & postpartum care
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery bring significant changes to the body. Physical therapy can help you stay active and comfortable throughout pregnancy, prepare your body for birth, and recover with greater confidence once your little one is here. Care may address pelvic or low-back pain, core and pelvic floor function, birth positioning and pushing preparation, return to exercise, and the physical demands of caring for your baby. Your plan will be personalized to your goals and the season of motherhood you’re navigating.
Pelvic floor PT
Pelvic health concerns are common, but they do not have to be accepted as a normal part of life. Pelvic health physical therapy may help with bladder or bowel symptoms, pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, pelvic organ prolapse, and difficulty coordinating or strengthening the pelvic floor. Through thoughtful assessment, education, movement, and individualized treatment, we’ll help you better understand your body and work toward lasting, meaningful improvement.
Orthopedic PT
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or trying to return to an activity you love, treatment is designed to help you move forward with confidence. We’ll look beyond the painful area to understand how strength, mobility, movement patterns, and daily demands may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, we’ll build a practical plan that helps you return to hiking, running, lifting, recreation, and everyday life—and equips you to stay active for the long term.
How it works
01
Deep-dive evaluation
Going over your history and goals and performing a physical examination to establish a physical therapy diagnosis
02
Treat and train
Your treatment may include hands on techniques as well as active treatments to address deficits in strength, motor control, coordination, and range of motion found within the initial evaluation
03
A plan with mileage
The goal isn’t just to get you back to the activities you love, but to help you keep doing them for years to come. We’ll build a foundation of strength, confidence, and knowledge that allows you to continue growing and moving independently
