Your physical therapist

Meet Lindsay Alexander (Pickering), DPT

Lindsay is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health and orthopedic care, with a particular focus on pregnancy and postpartum. Her plans are built around your goals, whether that's lifting your baby, getting back on the trail or returning to the gym, so you can keep moving while you recover.

She has completed continuing education in the evaluation and treatment of runners and has experience as a running coach. Off the clock you'll find her running, hiking, climbing and camping around the Pacific Northwest, and, as of recently, taking lots of stroller walks around Seward Park with her new little one, husband and pup.
